A Study on Correlation of Teaching efficiency and Satisfaction of Teaching practice at Kindergarten

Abstract
The results of the educational survey done on kindergarten apprentices find the relation between a degree of satisfaction with teaching practice and an educational efficiency at kindergarten in Daegu as follows. The degree of satisfaction with kindergarten teaching practice shows that ¡¯the satisfaction after teaching practice¡¯ marks the highest point. It is 3.48. ¡¯The satisfaction for the contents of teaching practice¡¯ marks 3.24. It is the lowest point. The educational efficiency shows that ¡¯role play¡¯ marks 3.59, the highest point, and ¡¯the efficiency for the students¡¯ marks 3.34, the lowest point. The degree of satisfaction with teaching practice clarifies that the more the educational efficiency gets high marks (¥â = 0.606) and the more the degree of satisfaction with school time gets high marks, the more the degree of satisfaction with teaching practice gets high marks(¥â = 0.214). These results display that the kindergarten teachers must be trained to get an excellent ability to teach the students through the satisfaction of their school time and improved quality of teaching practice by the professor¡¯s effective training in order to successively achieve a teaching practice.
